 Please find attached the first call for papers for CNES workshop on 
 Earth - space Propagation. 
    
 This workshop is free of charge and will be held at the Centre National d'Etudes 
 Spatiales (CNES) in Toulouse, France from February 2006, 22th to 24th (just before 
 the WP3 meetings in Geneva)

 The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday, October the 21th 2005.
 A call for registration will be sent later.
 
 Please distribute this notice to colleagues and national groups that may be 
 interested.  We look forward to your participation and we hope to see you 
 in February.
